Ingrid received a proposal for a new position at her work. Everyone thinks she is qualified. She herself still hesitates about that and therefore does not know whether she should accept it or not.

After writing down the aspects (in connection with the aspect question) and weighing (after the 2 weighing questions), Ingrid comes to the conclusion that she has a lot to offer. And that -as she feels it- the things she still wants and need to develop, can be well developed through courses or training.

Her employer offers many courses and training for staff. Training is indeed possible on the points where Ingrid mainly has doubts about her current abilities. Her conclusion is that she can take on the task if she is allowed to follow 2 training courses. It is clear for her how she wants to have the next conversation.
